Rick Brown

Rick Brown embodies trust, integrity, hard work and will exceed expectations in every detail of your real estate transaction! In his many years of corporate experience, Rick learned the importance of a customer centered culture where Highest Quality and Exceptional Service are the cornerstones of your business! 

Rick was born and raised in North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill's prestigious Keenan Flagler Business School. He started his career at the Hertz Corporation with assignments in Charlotte, Raleigh, Norfolk, Houston, Phoenix and Irvine working in sales, management, and operations. Rick moved to Sacramento in 1991 for his new role as the Hertz Corporation Division VP, Western Region. He settled into East Sacramento where he met his wife, Margo, and raised two beautiful daughters . After a successful 35 year career, Rick and his wife, Margo, launched into real estate sales with Lyon Real Estate.

Rick is an enthusiastic member of the East Sacramento community and spends time enjoying his many volunteer opportunities, traveling with family, and socializing with friends.  His ultimate goal in real estate is to differentiate the customer experience, treating every client in such a memorable way that when the transaction is complete, the customer tells someone else how ‘Great It Was!’
